The Booth Creek Neighborhood
Vail Mountain School
The Booth Creek community is located just west of East Vail, and is home to the Vail Mountain School and the Booth Falls trailhead. Those seeking access to Vail won’t be disappointed: the area has two bus stops for free and easy transportation into Vail Village (a five-minute ride). Driving in from Denver is convenient as well, as the Booth Creek Neighborhood is the first stop off of I-70.
This sun-bathed community is mostly located on the north side of the road, offering south-facing views with plenty of sunshine. Views of the East Vail waterfalls, the Vail Golf Course, Vail Pass, and the Gore Range can be seen from many homes. The Booth Creek Park offers tennis and a children’s playground, and incredible hiking opportunities on the Booth Falls trailhead, which starts in the neighborhood. The area is a draw for many families with children attending the Vail Mountain School, who love the easy walk to and from school.
