The Gypsum Neighborhood
West of Eagle is the town of Gypsum, and like Eagle, this area offers warmer temperatures and more access to the outdoors than Vail. This community is a rugged ranching town, and includes 18 parks dotted throughout the neighborhood as well as two golf course communities, and smaller ranches and new development. Gypsum is also home to the Eagle County Regional Airport.
With over 96 acres of open space available for all kinds of outdoor activities, the price points for homes in Gypsum are a relative bargain compared to the up-valley neighborhoods of the Vail Valley.
